“Inspect what you expect!”

This is a great ideology when it comes to how you run your business and creating structure to ensure success. The first step: define your

expectations. This might look like creating and implementing processes or checklists, or defining goals or KPI’s (key performance indicators). Once your expectations are defined it is important to verify your organizations results. Aspire has ability to create customized reports, depending on the areas you want to focus on.

When it comes to creating reports and knowing what to look for, we can help! Here are a couple examples of what kind of reports you might benefit from:

WT Reports

Review the difference between Actual and Estimated work ticket hours, Labor Costs, Indirect hours, etc., broken down by branch, department, or even crew lead.

Audit KPI’s

Example: CARE Calls, Quality Audits, or Property Inspection ReportsIf you have defined clear KPI’s for your team determining how many audits should be completed on a regular basis (which we encourage you to do!) the number of performed audits should be verified. You might also define a target score. If so, a report could be recorded to review the audit results.

Sales Reports

Review Enhancement, Maintenance and Project sales regularly. This includes sales won, as well as Close Rates.

These are great examples of data that should be verified regularly to confirm your company’s success. Reviewing the data regularly in a group setting, creates healthy pressure (or sometimes competition!) amongst the team. If everyone on the team is clear on where you are at, how you are doing, and where you should be, it will provide understanding and generate improvement.

We can set up reports customized to your company. We also provide services such as running these reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. In addition, we can provide insight on what the data means and how you should proceed. If you need help with your reports, please schedule a consultation today!
