“Upon a recommendation from a friend, we began talking with 212 before even implementing Aspire, while we were trying to decide whether to move forward with it or not. After having implemented multiple softwares in the past that had to be restarted from scratch because we really didn’t understand them when we set them up, I did not want to go that route this time. So, if I was going to use Aspire, I was also going to use 212. Here’s what I love about 212:
- It’s a family business. Who doesn’t want to support a family business?
- While they are small enough that you can talk to anyone that you need to talk to, they also each have different skills/strengths, so you have a team helping you, not just an individual.
- I know that our Aspire system has been set up properly from the beginning. So, whenever we have questions or issues, they can help to get us answers quickly.
- After about 6 months, they actually recommended that we decrease to a plan with less frequent calls and a lower price point, just because they thought we were ready for it. They weren’t trying to keep the highest $ sale.
- They’re fun! Although we get straight down to business, they’re also great people to work with.
I have other friends that use Aspire that are still figuring things out that we had set up correctly from the beginning. If you are considering or are already using Aspire, and you don’t have someone on your team that is very strong with software and systems, I would highly recommend 212. Our Aspire Implementation team was very helpful with what they are assigned to do, but they had their limits. Example: Aspire asks how you want to set up a certain module. There are tons of options. I was not qualified to make that decision bc I didn’t understand the trajectory and outcomes of all the options, but Aspire is not qualified to make those decisions bc everyone’s businesses are different. 212 was able to walk us through what a developed system looked like if set up like x, y, or z. 212 is definitely worth the investment, and for us it is just an expense that comes with using Aspire. I can’t say enough good about working with them!”
